Kris's Cheese Potato Soup

Oh my goodness good!  My daughter can't get enough of this stuff....

Ingredients:

8 C - Potatoes cut up
8 C - Water
8 Wylers Herbs & Spices Boullion Cubes
3/4 C - finely diced Carrots
1 tsp - Lawrys Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp  - dried minced onion
1/2 tsp - Garlic salt
16 oz - Velvetta cubed
7 oz - Sharp Cheddar Cheese cubed

Add all ingredients to a large pot.  Bring to low boil over medium heat.  Turn heat to low and let simmer until potatoes and carrots are soft.  Soup done!!

*If you want to thicken the soup up a bit you can mash a few of the potato chunks.

*Adding bacon is also good in this soup.

*I haven't tried it yet but I think corn would also be good in this.
